Haggis - Vegetarian


Traditional skinless vegetarian haggis.  Delicious spread on crackers, served with mashed potatoes and yellow turnips.  Or stuff into mushrooms, scoop out potato and fill jacket potatoes, or bake tiny puff pastry cases half way, scoop out center (saving the tops) fill with haggis, put top back on and bake until cooked fully about 10 minutes.  Serve with drinks.
